Jason Ferland – New to real estate, sort of. Jason has built over 400 homes in Utah so he is no newbie by any stretch of the imagination. He’s simply new to sales. Jason moved to Utah courtesy of the United States Air Force. He was an F16 crew chief for nearly 8 years. Jason is also the head coach of the Davis High School Mountain bike team.
Julie Burch – Julie came to Utah an active duty spouse. The product of 5 pcs moves Julie knows what a good move looks like and what it will take to make your next move your smoothest yet. In her free time she likes fishing, hunting, hiking and hanging with her family.
Jim Beitz– Jim also came to Utah courtesy of the US Air Force. Jim spent nearly 22 years in the Air Force split almost evenly between active duty and the reserves (yep no retirement pay until he’s 60). In the Utah Real Estate business since 2006 Jim has seen the highs and lows of the market. Jim loves the outdoors and photography…most photography of the outdoors. Jim is the founder of the Veteran’s Real Estate Group.
